Coastal rowing, the sea-face of rowing

A beautiful video produced by the Italian rowing federation (FIC) is running on youtube which collects coastal rowing, specifically the discipline of beach sprint, a relatively new practice that sees an increase in club members every year, especially those facing the sea. Coastal rowing is a new way of understanding rowing where competitive spirit certainly plays its part, but above all the rower-sea-nature relationship emerges, increasingly close and inseparable. It is a spectacular discipline, which sees many female crews compete and win. And that’s why for us talking about it is a way of promoting rowing in all its fantastic aspects!
