Both historically and culturally, there are significant national differences, related to women empowerment in various EU member countries, both in terms of national regulations and administration, and in termsof education systems and health and habits, in terms of approach to gender equality. This project willtake advantage of those differences and apply the principle of “share and exchange” in which participants and project teams will be able to learn from each other.
Our first interview is from the point of view of a group of Italian athletes, united on the competition field of the European Rowing Coastal & Beach Sprint Championships 2022.
